Mazatlán Cruise Terminal
Once you are off the ship, wait for the next tram to shuttle you to the cruse terminal. Enter the building and make your way through the shops to the plaza outside. The plaza area has more shops and a bar , music and dancing. You can also get a $5.00 neck and back massage (about 20 minutes). Past the plaza you will find the taxis, vans, buses and tour guides.
Just outside the terminal is an upper middle class residential area. You can take a nice stroll around the neighborhoods and check out the nice homes. I found a corner stand with the best shrimp tacos I have ever had. I you feel like taking a longer walk, head to the Mazatlan Cathedral,. The hike one way is about 8/10s of a mile.
